Course Description:

This webinar provides a clear and practical introduction to how Copilot Enterprise

We will explore how to structure effective prompts, how Copilot Chat can help you
diagnose and fix errors in Excel, create formulas, and summarise long documents.
You will also see how AI can turn written material into clear, wellstructured
PowerPoint presentations in a matter of seconds.
The session highlights the AI features available to all Microsoft 365 users in Word,

Talk - Why Your Biggest Business Problems Are Actually Personal Ones

It's grounded in adult development research and draws on patterns I see repeatedly with clients - the founder who keeps undercharging, who struggles to hold a boundary with a difficult client, who overcommits and then burns out, or who can't quite bring themselves to back their own judgement. These are usually framed as business challenges, or confidence issues, but underneath them there's often something more interesting going on developmentally.

The talk would offer a compassionate but honest reframe; one that moves people from frustration with themselves to genuine curiosity about what's driving those patterns, and what's possible on the other side of that.
